Senator Mohammed Sani Musa Scholarship Shortlisted Candidates Update

The Secretariat of the Distinguished Senator Mohammed Sani Musa Domestic Scholarship Programme has announced that outreach for the first batch of shortlisted beneficiaries is now underway.

The scholarship board is placing telephone calls to shortlisted candidates whose initial submissions contain incomplete information. The aim is clear; to finalise the processing of customised bursary cards and support the disbursement of scholarship payments.

Why shortlisted candidates are being contacted

The current phone calls are for candidates who still need to supply the details missing from their earlier submissions.

The Secretariat stated that the exercise is tied to two parts of the process:

This means the contact stage is part of the payment process, and each missing detail matters.

What shortlisted candidates should do

The notice stated that several candidates have not been responding to the calls or have not yet provided the requested information.

For that reason, shortlisted candidates need to remain reachable and respond once contacted. Any outstanding details should be submitted promptly to avoid delays in payment.

LGA contact numbers for shortlisted candidates

Specific contact numbers have been assigned to different Local Government Areas for the verification process.

Assigned numbers by LGA

Note for candidates

The listed phone numbers apply only to candidates who have already been shortlisted.
