Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has opened the online hostel accommodation application for the 2025/2026 academic session.

BUK Hostel Application Portal
Students should start their hostel request through the BUK hostel accommodation portal.
Each student needs valid student registration details to log in. After login, the student should follow the steps shown on the flier and complete each stage without skipping any part.
How Students Should Apply for BUK Hostel Accommodation
BUK expects interested students to use the approved online process only.
The student should visit the hostel portal, sign in with valid registration details and follow the step-by-step guide on the flier. After successful completion, the student should print the acknowledgement slip.
Payment Rule for BUK Hostel Application
Students should make payment only through the approved university Remita channel.
BUK will not accept cash payment at any office or bank counter. Any student who pays outside the approved Remita channel risks losing the chance of getting hostel allocation.
Rules Students Must Follow
BUK says only students who follow the stated procedure will receive consideration for hostel allocation.
Students should avoid unofficial agents and third parties. Any application sent through the wrong channel or any action that goes against the flier's steps, will lead to automatic disqualification.
