DUFUHS Post UTME Form for 2026/2027 Undergraduate Admission

David Umahi Federal University of Health Sciences, DUFUHS, Uburu, Ebonyi State, has started the sale of admission forms for the 2026/2027 academic session. The form covers undergraduate admission into the listed programmes.

Candidates who scored 150 or above in the 2026 JAMB can apply, provided they meet the other entry rules.

DUFUHS has listed health, science and engineering-related courses for the new admission year. Applicants should check the course list with care before starting the form; the selected course must match their JAMB and O’Level subjects.

DUFUHS Admission Requirements

To qualify for any of the programmes, candidates must make DUFUHS their first choice in JAMB. They must also have at least five credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, from WAEC, NECO or an equivalent exam.

Candidates must have sat for the 2026 JAMB and scored at least 150. Those who scored 150 or above but did not choose DUFUHS first can change their first choice to the university on the JAMB portal before applying.

DUFUHS Post UTME Form Deadline

The sale of the form closes by 4:00 pm on 30 August 2026.

Candidates should complete their applications before the closing time.

How to Pay for DUFUHS Undergraduate Admission Form

DUFUHS gives candidates two payment routes. Applicants can buy the form online through the university website or pay through Remita at any bank branch nationwide.

First Payment Method: Buy the Form Online

Candidates should visit the DUFUHS website, open the admission menu and select online application.

They can also use the DUFUHS undergraduate admission form payment page to buy the form online.

Second Payment Method: Electronic PIN

Candidates who prefer bank payment should walk into any bank branch nationwide and ask to pay for the David Umahi Federal University of Health Sciences Undergraduate Application Form for 2026/2027 on the Remita platform.

The application fee is ₦10,000 only. After payment, the candidate should collect the payment slip containing a unique PIN.

How to Complete the DUFUHS Application Form

After getting the electronic PIN, candidates should visit the DUFUHS application form portal. They should then select “Online Application Undergraduate” from the Admissions menu on the homepage.

The next page will ask for the candidate’s phone number and e-PIN. After login, the candidate should follow the on-screen instructions and complete the form.

Candidates should print the form after submission.
