Beta Glass is a member of the Frigoglass Group. The company is a supplier of glass packaging and works with international beverage bottlers across West and Central Africa.
Its glass containers serve clients in sectors such as soft drinks, beer, spirits, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

Beta Glass states that successful candidates will train and work in its glass manufacturing environment at:
- Agbara factory, Ogun State
- Ughelli factory, Delta State
Programme details
Beta Glass says the Betaglass Apprenticeship Programme, BAP, is meant to help young Nigerian Diploma graduates start their careers.
Successful applicants will take part in an intensive 12-month practical training programme. They will also gain work experience in a world-class glass manufacturing setting; that training will happen at the company’s Agbara and Ughelli factories.
Eligibility criteria
Applicants must meet these conditions:
- Ordinary National Diploma, OND, in Mechanical Engineering
- Ordinary National Diploma, OND, in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Ordinary National Diploma, OND, in Glass Technology
- Qualification must come from a recognised tertiary institution
- Minimum of Lower Credit
- No more than 0 to 2 years of work experience

The application closes on 24 April 2026.
