• interest in digital tools, systems and emerging technologies used in corporate operations
• a collaborative style, with ease in working across teams and supporting cross-functional work with a positive, solutions-focused attitude

Commercial Functions Management Trainee 2026

This path develops business-minded leaders for brand growth, market execution and commercial excellence. Trainees gain exposure to Revenue Growth & Excellence, RTM Strategy, E-Retail, Key Accounts and Marketing Execution.
