Applicants must meet these conditions:
- Completion of NYSC is mandatory
- A minimum of second class or its equivalent is required
- A minimum of five O'Level credits at one sitting is required, including English Language and Mathematics
For Abuja, applications are open only to the Assurance Line of Service.

The recruitment process moves through seven stages; each step leads to the next.
Stage 1: Application period

Stage 2: Cornerstone assessment
Shortlisted applicants move to the Cornerstone Assessment stage.
Stage 3: SHL assessments
The next step is the SHL assessment stage.
Stage 4: First-level interview
Applicants who move forward attend the first interview.
Stage 5: Partner interview
The final interview stage is the Partner Interview.
Stage 6: Offer stage
Successful candidates receive offers at this stage.
