Kaduna State University has reopened its College of Continuing Education application portal for the 2025/2026 academic session. The form covers KASU part-time degree programmes and stays open from 20 April to 3 May 2026.
Applicants who plan to study through KASU CCE can now check the available courses, entry rules, study length, fees and online application steps.
KASU Part-Time Degree Admission Notice
Kaduna State University, through the College of Continuing Education, has reopened the online application portal for part-time degree programmes.
The application period runs from 20 April to 3 May 2026. Applicants must complete and submit the form before the closing date.
KASU Part-Time Degree Programmes
New degree programmes are available under KASU CCE for the 2025/2026 academic session.
The programmes are:
- B.A. History and Strategic Studies
- B.Sc. Mass Communication and Media Studies
- B.Sc. Procurement
- B.Sc. Public Administration
These courses lead to B.A. or B.Sc. degrees after graduation.
Admission Requirements for KASU Part-Time Degree Programmes
Prospective applicants must meet the stated entry rules before seeking admission.
O’Level Requirements
Each applicant must have five credit passes at O’Level.
The five credits must include:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Three other relevant subjects
The result must come from not more than two sittings.
Direct Entry Requirements
Direct Entry candidates must meet the five-credit O’Level rule, including English Language and Mathematics.
They must also hold the required A’Level points for the programme they choose.
KASU CCE will consider qualifications such as:
- NCE
- Diploma
Such candidates may receive admission into 200 level, based on the programme requirement.
Top-Up Admission Requirements
Top-Up candidates must also have five O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in relevant subjects.
They must also hold one of the following:
- HND
- B.Sc. with third class
- NYSC Certificate
KASU CCE may consider such candidates for admission into 400 level.
Rule on Statement of Results
Candidates who graduated five years ago or earlier must present certificates instead of statement of results.
This requirement applies at the point of admission processing or registration, as directed by the College.
Duration of KASU Part-Time Degree Programmes
The duration depends on the entry level of the candidate.
- Candidates admitted into 100 level will spend at least 5 academic sessions.
- Candidates admitted into 200 level will spend at least 4 academic sessions.
- Candidates admitted into 400 level will spend at least 2 academic sessions.
Provisional Admission Notice
All admission offers remain provisional.
KASU College of Continuing Education reserves the right to offer, confirm or deny admission, even where a candidate meets the listed conditions.
Candidates who receive provisional admission must present the original copies of their credentials during registration.
KASU Part-Time Degree Application Fee
Applicants must pay a processing fee before completing the online form.
The fee is:
- N10,000 for Nigerians
- $20 for non-Nigerians
Payment must follow the instructions on the payment page of the portal.
How to Apply for KASU Part-Time Degree Admission
Interested applicants should use the KASU CCE application portal and select the College of Continuing Education button.
Applicants should follow these steps:
- Create a profile on the portal.
- Check the email used for registration to receive the username and password.
- Log in and upload the required profile details.
- Follow the payment instructions on the payment page.
- After successful payment, fill out the online application form.
- Select “Preview & Submit” after completing the form.
- Click “Update form” to correct any entry before final submission.
- Click “Submit form” to send the application.
Applicants who receive provisional admission must present original credentials during registration.

KASU Part-Time Degree Admission Closing Date
The closing date for the KASU part-time degree application form is 3 May 2026.
Applicants must complete and submit their forms on or before that date. Late submission may leave an applicant without a processed form.
