KWASU CTVET VTE Lectures and Practicals 2026
KWASU CTVET has fixed dates for VTE lectures, practicals and nylon submissions for April to May 2026. Attendance is compulsory.
- VTE 204 and VTE 304 lectures start 13 April 2026
- Lectures will run through the LMS Portal
- Practicals begin 20 April, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Nylon submission runs from 13 April to 8 May 2026
- Non-compliance may affect final assessment

The Centre for Technical, Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training, CTVET, at Kwara State University, KWASU, Malete, has released the schedule for lectures, practical sessions and nylon recycling submissions for students in Vocational and Technical Education, VTE, courses.
The notice came through an internal memorandum signed by the Director, Prof. Mubaraq Sami. It sets out the dates, study mode, venues and other steps students must follow for the 2026 activities.
Lecture date for VTE 204 and VTE 304
Lectures for VTE 204 and VTE 304 will begin on Monday, 13 April 2026.
The Centre stated that these lectures will hold only through the university's Learning Management System, LMS, Portal. Students are expected to log in and follow the online sessions from the start date.
Practical sessions start on 20 April
Practical sessions will begin on Monday, 20 April 2026.
They will run from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The listed venues are:
- KWASU Entrepreneurship Park at Afghan, Malete Campus
- Osi Campus
- Ilesha Baruba Campus
The timetable covers students across the named campuses; special arrangements have also been made for students at Osi and Ilesha Baruba.
Tasks for VTE304 and VTE204 students
The memorandum gave separate directions for students in VTE304 and VTE204.
Students in VTE304 will take part in the production and laying of interlocking bricks. They will also engage in paint production and design.
Students in VTE204 are required to visit a designated platform and choose their preferred specialised skill area.
Nylon recycling submission schedule
The Centre also released the recycling nylon submission schedule.
Submission will run from 13 April to 8 May 2026. Students are to submit from Monday through Friday within that period.
Attendance is mandatory
CTVET made its position Plain; attendance and active participation in all activities are mandatory for successful course completion.
The Centre warned that failure to comply may affect final assessments. For students, the message is direct and clear: follow the timetable, attend the sessions and take part in each required activity.
What students should note
Students are expected to adhere strictly to all schedules released by the Centre.
That includes the lecture start date, the practical timetable, the nylon submission window and the course-specific tasks for VTE204 and VTE304.
