The Aspire Coronation Trust (ACT) Foundation is accepting applications for the 2025 Grant Cycle.
ACT Foundation, established in 2016, supports non-profit organizations working to tackle social, economic and environmental challenges across Africa.

ACT Foundation Grant Objectives
The ACT Foundation promotes partnerships with institutions and donors to create sustainable communities.
The foundation offers grants to non-profits to help them carry out impactful projects in line with the foundation's focus areas.
Focus Areas for ACT Foundation Grant
The ACT Foundation focuses on four key areas:
- Health: Malaria, cancer (breast, cervical, prostate), maternal and child health.
- Entrepreneurship: Vocational education, skills acquisition, financial literacy and inclusion.
- Environment: Waste management, water and sanitation.
- Leadership: Youth leadership development and thought leadership.
Only projects within these focus areas will be considered for funding.
Eligibility Criteria for ACT Foundation Grant
Organizations applying for the ACT Foundation Grant must meet the following requirements:
- Work within one of the four focus areas: Health, Entrepreneurship, Leadership or Environment.
- Be legally registered in an African country for at least two years.
- Be a registered non-profit organization or a social enterprise focusing on non-profit initiatives.
- Have a clear governance structure, reflected in the company's registration documents.
- Show evidence of other funding sources.
- Have a minimum of three part-time or full-time staff members.
- Be responsible for managing and implementing the project.
The following are ineligible:
- Individuals.
- Organizations with a history of mismanaged funds.
- Political entities.
- Organizations involved in illegal activities or terrorism.
Application Process for ACT Foundation Grant
Successful applicants will be asked to submit a full proposal with a detailed budget.
After an independent review, selected organizations will proceed to interviews and physical site visits for final consideration.
