How to Apply for the Julius Berger Scholarship 2025
Julius Berger is offering scholarships to female engineering students in Nigerian public universities. This post shares the requirements, how to apply and what to expect. If you're eligible, don't sleep on this.
You know those times when something actually good comes from a big company? This might be one of them. Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, the name most people recognise from those heavy-duty construction sites and roadworks, is offering scholarships for female students in engineering and related fields.
If you're in 200 level, studying something technical in a public university and you're not playing around with your grades, this could be your chance to cut down on stress — at least financially.

What This Scholarship Is About
This offer is part of Julius Berger's way of giving back. They're focusing on young women studying engineering and tech-related courses. It's a merit-based award, so you'll need brains, not long legs.
The scholarship covers full-time students in federal and state universities and there's a long list of accepted courses (we'll get to that in a minute).
Who Should Apply?
If you check all these boxes, then go for it:
- You're Nigerian.
- You're female.
- You're in a public university (federal or state, not private).
- Your course falls under Engineering, Technology or Environmental faculties.
- You're currently in your second year (200 level).
- You've got at least a 3.5 CGPA on a 5-point scale.
Now, about those courses…

Here's the full list. If your course is here, you're eligible:

Don't sit this one out if you qualify. Things are tough out there and a little help from Julius Berger could go a long way.
Besides, it doesn't hurt to try. Worst case? You gain application experience. Best case? You collect the money and smile to the bank. Or at least, buy better textbooks without begging your parents. Either way, it's a win.
