In order to curb a situation whereby students might be tempted to discreetly smuggle any unauthorized material(s) into the examination hall, the Vice-Chancellor has therefore directed that, henceforth and on no account should any student bring these prohibited materials/items into the examination arena/hall.

Any student who is found to have violated this directive would be sanctioned and such prohibited item(s) in his/her possession would be confiscated.

Please note that students are allowed and permitted to bring only their University ID cards, course forms, dockets, mathematical sets, statistical tables and writing materials (biro) to the examination hall.

Students are hereby implored, in their own interest, to comply with this directive as the Security Unit and other officials of the University have been assigned to enforce this directive with immediate effect.
