First Semester — 200 to 600 Level (Returning Students)

• Aug 18 — Workshop for Deans, HoDs and Course Advisors
• Aug 19 — New faculty and teachers' workshop
• Aug 20 – Aug 23 — Colloquium
• Sept 1 – Sept 4 — Return and complete registration (except Post-SIWES)
• Sept 8 — Classes begin for most returning students
• Sept 11 — Post-SIWES 400 & 500 levels resume
• Sept 15 — Classes begin for Post-SIWES 400 & 500 levels
• Sept 17 — Founder's Day
• Sept 18 — Academic Standards Board
• Sept 25 — Senate meeting
• Sept 26 — Last day to enter class, change programme or register
• Oct 1 — Independence Day holiday

First Semester — 100 Level and Direct Entry

• Oct 14 – Oct 16 — Arrival and verification
• Oct 17 – Oct 23 — Orientation
• Oct 18 – Oct 25 — Youth Week of Prayer
• Oct 27 — Classes start for 100 Level and Direct Entry
• Oct 27 – Oct 31 — Mid-semester exams for returning students
• Nov 6 — Academic Standards Board
• Nov 13 — Senate
• Nov 20 — Congregation
• Nov 21 — Registration closes for fresh students
• Dec 4 – Dec 18 — Exams for returning students

• Jul 25 — Baccalaureate, Vesper service

Post-SIWES

• Jul 27 – Jul 31 — Mid-semester
