Benue BECE Timetable 2026: Full Examination Schedule

Benue State Education Quality Assurance and Examinations Board, BEQAEB, has released the 2026 Basic Education Certificate Examination timetable.

Dr. Terna Francis, Executive Secretary of the Board, approved the official release. The timetable gives schools, candidates, parents, guardians and other concerned parties the dates, subjects and sessions for the examination.

Past Questions, Answers and Study Support

BECE candidates can prepare with past questions and answers through the MySchoolGist CBT Android app and the MySchoolGist CBT iOS app.

Benue BECE 2026 Exam Dates

The 2026 BECE will begin on Monday, 1 June 2026, and end on Tuesday, 9 June 2026.

Custodian Officers will submit keys and reports to the Benue Education Quality Assurance and Examinations Board on Wednesday, 10 June 2026. That final date closes the listed examination activities.

BEQAEB advised Principals, Proprietors, Candidates, Parents, Guardians and other concerned parties to obtain the timetable and study it carefully; this will help them prepare well and follow the examination guidelines.

BECE 2026 Session Times

The timetable carries two daily sessions where applicable.

• Morning session: 9:00am to 12:00noon
• Afternoon session: 1:00pm to 3:00pm

Some days carry only a morning paper, while others have both morning and afternoon papers.
