BUK Documentation Exercise for Newly Admitted Students 23/2024

Bayero University Kano (BUK) has directed all newly admitted undergraduate students for the 2023/2024 academic session to participate in a documentation exercise.

This process is required for both 100-level and Direct Entry students to confirm and finalise their admission.

Schedule for the Exercise

• Start Date: Monday, 13 January 2025
• End Date: Friday, 24 January 2025
• Venue: Directorate of Examinations, Admissions, and Records, New Campus, BUK

Required Documents

Students must bring the following items in both original and photocopies:

• JAMB Admission Letter
• BUK Admission Letter
• JAMB Acknowledgment Slip (for Direct Entry candidates)
• BUK Acknowledgment Slip (for Direct Entry candidates)
• JAMB Result Slip (for UTME candidates)
• A-Level Statement of Result (for Direct Entry candidates)
• O-Level Statement of Result and Online Print (SSCE)
• O-Level Result Checker Card (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, NBAIS, etc.)
• NECO Result Checking Token (for NECO June/July 2019 candidates)
• Primary School Leaving Certificate or Testimonial (Optional)
• Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
• Completed Undertaking Form
• Payment Receipt for Acceptance Fees
• Certificate of Medical Fitness
• Two recent passport photographs

Important Notes

The documentation exercise is mandatory for all admitted students.

Failure to participate in this exercise will result in the inability to confirm admission.

Ensure all required documents are complete before attending the exercise.
