Cascador runs a training plan for business owners in Nigeria.

The focus is on helping people grow their companies.

You will learn how to plan, lead, raise money and build a strong business path.

You will also join a group of others doing the same work.

The training covers both online and in-person meetings.

You will receive one-on-one guidance after the main event.

You will get a $5,000 stipend to support learning goals.

Some past members may get more support later through loans or shares.

There will be $50,000 in prize awards for those who do well.

You will also get a chance to apply for the $2M Catalytic Fund after the programme ends.

You must meet all the points below:

Run a business in Nigeria.
Be in active work for more than 2 years.
Earn at least ₦50 million yearly.
Use any kind of business model.
Focus on impact and growth.

Take note of the training schedule

In-person session runs from 7 to 10 September 2025 at Radisson Blu, Victoria Island, Lagos (with food and stay covered).
Online training holds from 15 September to 31 October 2025 (once a week for 2 hours).
Final in-person class runs from 2 to 7 November 2025 at Lagos Business School (with food and stay covered).
Past members can apply for funding from February 2026.
