GoGettaz is calling for young business owners in agriculture.

This competition rewards ideas and action across the food chain.

The aim is to support business growth in farming, food and supply work.

It forms part of the Africa Food Systems Forum.

This yearly event brings leaders and workers together in one space.

Two top prizes of $50,000 each will go to one male-led and one female-led business.

Extra $60,000 Impact Awards will go to those who stand out in key areas like:

• Food supply and safety
• Tech use in farming
• Nutrition value
• Job creation
• Rural support
• Water and land care
• Gender roles
• Climate action

Check if you can apply

To join, you must:

• Be 35 or younger by the time you send your form.
• Be from a country in the African Union.
• Run or co-run a business already set up under the law.
• Ensure the business is fully registered on or before 10 June 2025.

1. Join the GoGettaz group online.
2. Follow @GoGettazAfrica on all major social platforms.
3. Share your work with #GrowEntrepreneurs and #TransformFood.
4. Fill the full form on the online page.
5. Make sure the form is sent before 10 June 2025.
6. Shortlisted names may get a chance to pitch live in Dakar, Senegal at the AFSF event in September.
