Available Programmes and Locations
The following programmes are available for admission:
- General Nursing (3 years) – Offered at Agbor, Warri, Eku, Asaba, and Sapele.
- Basic Midwifery (3 years) – Available at Asaba and Sapele.
- Licensed Community Midwifery (2 years) – Also offered at Asaba and Sapele.
Admission Requirements
To be eligible for any of these programmes, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Five credits in WAEC, NECO, or GCE, obtained in no more than two sittings.
- NABTEB is accepted but must be in one sitting.
- Subjects required include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Candidates must be between 18 and 25 years old.
How to Obtain the Form
Forms can be purchased at the Colleges of choice, including Agbor, Warri, Eku, and the Department of Midwifery in Asaba and Sapele.
The cost of the form is N15,000, which is non-refundable.

The exam will start promptly at 8:00 am.
