Delta Colleges of Nursing Post UTME Form for 2026/2027 ND Nursing Admission

Delta State Colleges of Nursing Sciences has opened admission for the 2026/2027 National Diploma Nursing Programme across its campuses.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates seeking ND Nursing admission at Agbor, Asaba, Eku, Warri and Sapele campuses.

Who can apply for Delta State Colleges of Nursing Sciences ND Nursing admission?

Candidates who scored at least 150 in the UTME may apply for the ND Nursing Programme.

Applicants must also proceed to a JAMB accreditation centre to change their preferred school to any of the Delta State Colleges of Nursing Sciences campuses, which are Agbor, Warri, Eku, Asaba or Sapele.

What age is required for admission?

Applicants must be 16 years or older.

The age requirement should be confirmed before payment, since it is one of the stated eligibility conditions for the ND Nursing admission exercise.

What are the O'Level requirements?

Candidates must have at least five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

The accepted examination bodies are WAEC, NECO and NABTEB.

Candidates should complete the online stage through the official application portal.

The registration steps are as follows:

1. Visit the official application portal.
2. Enter the unique application ID from the physical form.
3. Click continue.
4. Upload a passport photograph.
5. Fill in the required data.
6. Save and print the completed online form with the generated QR code.
7. Submit photocopies of the form and online printout to the chosen College.

Candidates should ensure that their O'Level and JAMB details are entered correctly before final submission.
