FUASK Registration Guide 2025/2026 For New Students
Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia has released the registration steps for all newly admitted students. Candidates are to submit required documents across offices on campus, collect clearance slips and complete online course registration. Please follow the guide carefully to avoid delay.
The Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia (FUASK), Kaduna has rolled out the registration steps for the 2025/2026 academic session. For fresh students, this is where the admission letter begins to turn into real life. The process may feel like moving from one desk to another, but every slip collected means you are one step closer to becoming a recognised student of the university.
Start With Payments
Before registration kicks in, students must settle their fees. Details of tuition can be found on the FUASK school fees schedule. Once the receipts are ready, the next part is documentation.
Prepare for JAMB, WAEC, NECO, BECE, NCEE and Post UTME
Practise CBT Exams on Mobile or PC

FUASK Registration Steps
The university has mapped out a step-by-step process. Each office has its own role to play and each slip you collect proves the last stop was done right.
1. Academic Office
Submit:
- FUASK Admission Letter
- School Fee Receipt
- Acceptance Fee Receipt
- JAMB Admission Letter or Change of Institution Slip
- O'Level Result (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB)
- NIN Slip
- Birth Certificate and Indigene Certificate
Collect:
- Academic Clearance Slip
2. Departmental Clearance
Submit:
- All credentials once again
Collect:
- Departmental Clearance Slip
3. Student Affairs (Accommodation)
Submit:
- Departmental Clearance Slip
- Accommodation Receipt
Collect:
- Residency Permit
4. University Health Centre
Submit:
- Medical Fitness Report from a government hospital
- Departmental Clearance Slip
- Accommodation Slip
5. Course Registration
- To be done on your student portal
- Departments will guide students to complete this part correctly
A Small Note
Yes, the steps may feel plenty and yes, you will probably queue a bit. But think of it as the first test of patience at FUASK. Each clearance, each form, is part of settling into the system.
