FULOKOJA Registration Timetable for 2020/2021 New Students

This is to inform all the admitted into the Federal University, Lokoja (FULOKOJA) various first-degree programmes during the 2020/2021 academic session, that the management has released the timetable for their registration.

FULOKOJA New Students Registration Schedule

Senate at its 64th meeting held on Thursday, August 26, 2021, considered and approved the 2020/2021 Academic Calendar. Accordingly, all students are to resume lectures on Monday, September 20, 2021.

While the Students of the Faculty of Science are to resume lectures at the Adankolo Campus, Lokoja, students of other Faculties are to resume at the Felele Campus.

Registration of all fresh students (Science & non-science) would be conducted at the Felele Campus, Lokoja.

Below is the registration schedule for the 2020/2021 fresh students:

WEEK 1: FACULTY OF ARTS (Monday, September 27 – Friday October 1, 2021)

WEEK 2: FACULTY OF EDUCATION (Monday, October 4 – Friday October 8, 2021)

WEEK 3: FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCE (Monday, October 11 – Friday October 15, 2021)

WEEK 4: FACULTY OF SCIENCE (Monday, October 18 – Friday October 22, 2021)

WEEK 5: FACULTY OF SOCIAL SCIENCES (Monday, October 25 – Friday October 29, 2021)

Fresh students are to adhere to the schedule indicated against their respective Departments in conducting their registration exercise, by visiting the Examinations and Records Division, Faculty of Education Building, Felele Campus, Lokoja with the underlisted documents:

Submit the documents listed below to the Examinations & Records Division:

1. Acceptance Fee E-Payment Receipt
2. A copy of the Online School Charges Receipt stamped by the Bursary Department
3. Federal University Lokoja Admission Letter
4. Form 01 (STUDENT BIO-DATA FORM) online printout
5. JAMB Result Slip (online print out) – for UTME Candidates
6. JAMB Admission Letter (Duplicate for Institution use only)
7. Previous Institution Record (Statement of Result/Certificate) – for DE Candidates
8. O'level Result(s) (Online Print-out)
9. Signed Letter of Undertaken (original copy)
10. Certificate of Local Government of Origin (If Non-Nigerian, Residence Permit)
11. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
12. Five (5) recent Passport Photograph with red background
13. Medical Certificate of Fitness from the University Health Services or any Government approved Hospital/Medical Centre – which must be stamped by the University Health Services Department.

Failure to present the above documents will lead to withdrawal of offer of admission.
