FUPRE Clearance Exercise: Complete Guide for New Students

The Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun (FUPRE) invites all newly admitted students for the 2024/2025 clearance and screening exercise, starting on Monday, 4th November 2024.

To secure admission, each student must first accept their admission on the FUPRE portal by logging in with JAMB registration number and Post-UTME password. The N85,000 non-refundable acceptance fee must be paid within two weeks to avoid forfeiture of admission.

Documents Required for FUPRE Clearance

All students must bring the following documents for the clearance process:

1. REMITA Payment Print-Out showing payment of the N85,000 acceptance fee, stamped by the Student Account Officer
2. JAMB Admission Letter (institution's copy)
3. Original JAMB or Direct Entry Result Notification
4. Post-UTME Result Notification
5. FUPRE Acceptance Letter
6. Senior School Certificate Result (WAEC, NECO or NABTEB)
7. Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
8. Local Government Certificate of Identification
9. Two Reference Letters from a Clergyman and a Public Servant of Grade 12 or above
10. Letter from Sponsor or Guardian
11. Eight Coloured Passport Photographs
12. Four Coloured Postcard Photographs
13. WAEC, NECO or NABTEB Scratch Card(s) or Pin

Steps for Clearance

After gathering all required documents, follow these steps for FUPRE clearance:

1. Proceed to Admissions for physical screening and clearance.
2. Visit the Health Centre with your clearance slip for health screening.
3. Go to the ICT Centre with both clearance and health screening slips for portal registration.
4. Pay undergraduate fees and other charges as the final step.

Important Notice

• Students should bring four photocopies of each document listed from 1 to 8.
• Five copies of the Senior School Certificate Result (Item 6) are required.

Ensure all steps and document requirements are followed accurately to complete the FUPRE clearance process successfully.
