FUPRE Resumption Date Following Suspension of ASUU Strike

The management of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun (FUPRE) has announced the resumption date for the continuation of academic activities for the 2021/2022 academic session.

This is to notify the University Community that academic activities for the 2021/2022 Session will begin on Monday, October 17, 2022. This is as a result of suspension or strike action by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).

In the same line, we would like to remind all students that it is mandatory to resume all academic activities beginning on Monday, October 17, 2022.

As a result of this, the Deans of each college are being given the instruction to bring the information to the notice of the Department Heads in their respective colleges so that the appropriate actions can be taken.
