FUTB Online Registration Guide for 2025/2026 Session

The Federal University of Technology, Babura (FUTB) has shared clear steps for newly admitted and returning students on how to complete the online registration for the 2025/2026 session. The Office of the Registrar released the notice with simple directions so students can move through each part of the process with ease. Anyone taking part must begin by visiting the official portal at futb.safrecords.com/login and logging in with the correct details.

Students are asked to use their full Application ID as the username and the default password futb2025. After the first login, they must change the password to a new 8-character code that they can recall. The system then prompts them to enter a valid email address. Once this is done, they can move on to payments.

Payment steps for students at Federal University of Technology, Babura (FUTB)

The portal provides two payment options. Students can pick Part Payment or Full Payment and pay by card or bank transfer. After a payment starts, they should avoid closing the page or leaving it idle so that the transaction runs without issues. When the payment is complete, the page returns to the student dashboard.

The Registrar notes that course registration must be done before downloading any receipt. Students should open the Courses tab, pick their courses and save the form. The Course Registration Form is available for download at the top of the page. Once this step is complete, students can go back to the Fees section and download the Payment Receipt. Both documents must be printed as proof of successful registration.
