Kaduna State College of Nursing and Midwifery (KDSCNM) has announced the availability of the Post UTME form for the National Diploma (ND) Nursing programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.
The college invites qualified candidates to apply through the official portal.

Application Details
The registration portal will open on Monday, 2 December 2024 and close on Monday, 16 December 2024.
Candidates must visit the KDSCNM official portal and click on "Apply" to fill out the Post UTME form.
Eligibility Requirements
- Candidates must have participated in the 2024 JAMB UTME.
- The required subject combinations are English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
- Applicants must score a minimum of 150 in the JAMB UTME.
- Candidates must possess at least five O' Level credit passes in English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.
- The credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings from WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or NBAIS.
- Only the combinations of WAEC & WAEC, NECO & NECO or WAEC & NECO are acceptable.
- Eligible candidates must upload their O' Level results to the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) through an approved JAMB CBT centre.
