The Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK) is now accepting entries from school children for its 2022 Tree Planting Day Art Competition. The deadline for the submission of entries for the Lagos State Tree Planting Day Art Competition is July 31, 2022.

In a statement that was signed by the General Manager of LASPARK, Mrs. Adetoun Popoola, it was stated that participants are expected to create any piece of art, whether it be drawing, painting or collaging, that depicts their interpretation of the theme for the Y2022 Lagos State Tree Planting Day, which is "In Harmony with Nature."

Participants are also expected to record themselves telling Lagosians three ways that inhabitants can live in peace with nature, according to her.

All contestants must be Lagos residents between the ages of three and sixteen, according to her and entries must be emailed to laspark@lagosstate.gov.ng with name, age, parents' phone number, LG/LCDA of residence and school name.
