Midwestern Oil and Gas University Merit Scholarship 2025

Midwestern Oil and Gas Company runs a yearly scholarship for students in Nigerian universities.

The company manages the Umusadege field in PML 22 and operates from Kwale in Delta State.

It also has a main office at Plot 10, Block 12, Otunba Adedoyin Ogungbe Crescent, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

Midwestern started in 1999 and began work in 2001.

It has carried out projects in host communities and supports young people through learning schemes.

This award helps university students improve in school and develop useful skills.

Check who can apply

• Open to only 200-level students.
• Must have at least five credits in SSCE or GCE.
• The five credits must include Mathematics and English.
• All results must be from one sitting.
• Students must show a JAMB or UTME admission letter.
• Only admission into a Nigerian university will be accepted.
• Each student must show a university ID card.
• CGPA must be 3.5 or higher after first year.
• An LGA identification letter must be included.

Know the closing date

• The final date to apply is 19 April 2025.
• Late forms will not be reviewed.
