• National Diploma in Epidemiology and Disease Control Technology

Department of Health Information Management

• National Diploma in Health Information Management

Department of Dental Health

• Dental Surgery Technician

Department of Pharmacy Technician

• Certified Pharmacy Technician

Entry Requirements

Applicants must have five credit passes in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics from WAEC or NECO.

For National Diploma programmes, candidates must:

• Obtain a National Identification Number (NIN).
• Register with JAMB and score at least 120 in UTME.

• National Diploma in Community Health: ₦20,000 + JAMB
• Higher National Diploma in Community Health: ₦25,000
• Certified Pharmacy Technician: ₦20,000
• National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology: ₦15,000 + JAMB
• Higher National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology: ₦25,000
• National Diploma in Public Health Technology: ₦15,000 + JAMB
• National Diploma in Epidemiology and Disease Control Technology: ₦15,000 + JAMB
• National Diploma in Health Information Management: ₦15,000 + JAMB
• Dental Surgery Technician: ₦15,000

Application Process

Step 1: Online Application

• Visit the NKST CHT Mkar Portal.
• Ensure you have all payment details ready before starting your application.

Step 2: Manual Application

• Forms can be collected at the Registry Department during office hours.
• Manual processing requires an extra ₦1,000 charge.

Step 3: Payment Details

• Pay through the bank using the following information:

Important Dates

• Sale of Admission Forms: Begins Monday, 6th January 2025
• Closing Date: Friday, 25th April 2025
