Nigeria Maritime University (NMU) Resumption Date and Academic Schedule

The Nigeria Maritime University (NMU) has announced a change in the resumption date for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The new schedule, approved by the Management and the Committee of Deans, adjusts the academic calendar.

Adjusted Academic Activities

The updated resumption dates and activities are as follows:

• Sunday, 5 January 2025: Fresh students resume.
• Monday, 6 January 2025: Clearance for fresh students begins.
• Sunday, 12 January 2025: Returning students resume.
• Monday, 13 January 2025: Lectures commence.

Compliance and Awareness

All students, staff, and members of the public are advised to take note of this adjustment.

The revised dates aim to ensure a smooth academic session for all.
