Applications are now open for the 2025 NNPC/Chevron Scholarship. This yearly ₦200,000 award supports Nigerian students in their second year of university. It's open to undergraduates from all states, studying approved courses at recognised Nigerian universities.
The scholarship comes from a joint effort between Chevron Nigeria Limited and the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL).

Who Can Apply?
To qualify, you must:
- Be a second-year student (admitted in the 2023/2024 session)
- Study one of the listed eligible courses
- Be enrolled full-time in a Nigerian university
- Hold a CGPA of 3.5 or above on a 5.0 scale
- Have at least six credits in one sitting in your O'Level exams

- Agricultural Science
- Architecture
- Business Admin or Economics
- Computer Science
- Environmental Studies or Surveying
- Engineering
- Dentistry
- Pharmacy
- Medicine or Surgery
- Law
- Mass Communication or Journalism
- Geology, Geophysics or Geoinformatics
What You Get
If selected, you'll receive ₦200,000 every year until you graduate. That's as long as you maintain your grades and stay within the approved course.
What You Need to Apply
Before starting, prepare clean, clearly named scans of:
- A recent passport photo (not older than 6 months, 450x450px, under 200kb)
- School ID card
- Admission letter
- Birth certificate
- O'Level result
- JAMB result
- Local government ID letter
Attach only the documents asked for. Don't mix things up. Upload each file in its correct place.
