• Be in the early stages of your career, within the first 1 to 5 years (excluding study years).

• Have received minimal institutional recognition or support for your artistic or cultural practices.
• Be from and actively working in, one of the eligible countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean and Eastern Europe.
