What JUPEB Means at Renaissance University

JUPEB means Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board.

At Renaissance University, it runs as a one-year academic programme that leads to Direct Entry admission into 200 Level of degree courses. After the programme, candidates who pass the examination receive a JUPEB certificate; that certificate supports their move into a full undergraduate course without sitting UTME again.

Who Can Apply for RNU JUPEB Admission?

Renaissance University has opened the JUPEB form to candidates who wrote JAMB and those who did not.

Applicants with low JAMB scores can also apply, since the programme does not require a JAMB score for entry. What matters here is the O’Level result: each candidate must have at least five credits in subjects relevant to the intended course.

The result can come from not more than two sittings. Accepted results include WAEC, NECO or equivalent examinations.

Why Candidates Choose the JUPEB Route

The RNU JUPEB programme suits candidates who want a 200 Level admission path through Direct Entry.

Instead of repeating UTME, a candidate studies for one year, writes the JUPEB examination and uses the certificate for admission into a degree programme at Renaissance University. It is a straight route, but the candidate still needs the right O’Level subjects and must pass the final examination.

How to Apply for Renaissance University JUPEB Form

Candidates should complete the application online through the university’s JUPEB admission page.

They can start with the Renaissance University JUPEB application page. After opening the page, the applicant should fill the form with correct details and submit it.

After submission, candidates should follow any further steps shown on the page or sent by the university.

Candidates who need more details about the programme can visit the Renaissance University JUPEB page.

Applicants should check their O’Level subjects before filling the form, especially if they plan to use two sittings. Small errors in subject choice can slow down admission plans.
