UCTH College of Nursing Post-UTME Form 2025 | ND & HND

The University of Calabar Teaching Hospital (UCTH) College of Nursing Sciences is now selling forms for admission into its ND and HND Nursing programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Who Can Apply?

You’re eligible if you:

• Chose UCTH College of Nursing Sciences as your first choice during the 2025 UTME
• Scored 180 or more in JAMB
• Or plan to switch your first choice to UCTH and complete the change on JAMB’s portal
• Have five credits in English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics (from WAEC, NECO or NABTEB) in no more than two sittings

No short-cuts. No awaiting results. Be sure you have what’s required before proceeding.

How to Apply

Here’s the step-by-step guide to paying and collecting the application form:

1. Go to any commercial bank
2. Use Remita to pay ₦20,000 (non-refundable)
3. Follow these steps carefully:
   • Select Pay FGN & States TSA
   • Choose FGN
   • Type University of Calabar Teaching Hospital
   • Choose School Fees/Charges
   • Enter Code: 1000187508
   • Input the amount and complete payment

Once payment is made:

• Exchange the Remita slip or teller for an official receipt at the UCTH Treasury (Permanent Site)
• Take the official receipt to the Provost’s Office, College of Nursing Sciences, UCTH (along Moore Road) to collect your form

Important Dates

• Application closes: Friday, 25 July 2025
• Aptitude test holds: Friday, 1 August 2025
• Screening dates: Wednesday to Friday, 14–16 August 2025

Come with both originals and photocopies of your credentials. No documents, no screening.
