Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassador Program 2025 (₦90K/Month)

Unilever Nigeria is looking for young Nigerians who want real sales experience. Through the Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassadors Programme (FUCAP), the company is offering a 12-month field sales internship with a monthly gross stipend of ₦90,000.
This opportunity is open to both serving and recently completed NYSC members. It’s full-time, Monday to Friday, and placements will be in Kano and Katsina.
What You’ll Do on the Job
During the internship, you’ll work with the field sales team. Your tasks will include:
- Identifying and onboarding new retail stores
- Helping track store performance and managing stock deliveries
- Supporting merchandisers in shelf arrangement and product visibility
- Handling feedback and complaints from customers
- Reporting on market activity like competitor price changes or promotions
- Helping launch new products and ensuring they reach the right shelves
- Gathering simple sales data and sharing updates with your manager
What You Need to Apply
You should:
- Have finished NYSC or be currently serving
- Be able to work full-time for the full one-year duration
- Be comfortable communicating clearly
- Understand basic data and sales figures
- Handle tasks with integrity
- Show confidence in negotiation and problem-solving
- Be reliable and work well in a team

- Duration: 12 months
- Stipend: ₦90,000 (monthly gross)
- Work hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
- Location: Kano or Katsina
