UNIPORT is set to hold its 50th anniversary and 35th convocation from 21 to 27 July 2025. The university invites the public, graduates and their families to take part in this major celebration.

Golden Jubilee and Convocation Set for Late July

The University of Port Harcourt has lined up events to celebrate two big milestones: its 50th year and the 35th combined convocation. The ceremonies will run from Monday, 21 July to Sunday, 27 July 2025.

This is not just a graduation. It's a full week to honour five decades of teaching, learning and research. The school will celebrate past and present students, staff and the community that has grown with it.
