- Your ND and IT results must be ready for upload
- If you got a Pass grade in your ND, you need 18 months work experience

What if You Used NABTEB?
- Engineering students must include a technical trade subject (not Book Keeping or Secretariat Studies)

How to Apply Without Wahala
Step 1: Pay for the Form
Start here:
- Go to FEDPOLYADO application portal
- Click “generate invoice”
- Select your programme type (Morning, Evening or Part-Time)
- Pick your course
- Fill in your info
- Print the invoice
Take that invoice to any bank and pay ₦15,500 on the Remita platform.
Or, if you trust your network, use your ATM card online. But still print your invoice before paying.
Step 2: Complete the Application
After paying:
- Return to the portal
- Fill your application using the RRR number on the receipt
- Upload your ND result and Industrial Training (IT) letter
- Check everything twice before submitting
- Print out your acknowledgement slip
Quick one: The name on your invoice must match your application name and NIN. No mismatches. No stories.
Step 3: CBT Test Ahead
Every applicant must write a Computer Based Test. It won’t be too deep, but expect:
- English
- General Paper
- Questions from your ND specialisation
It’s basically a recap of what you’ve already studied. So breathe. You’ve got this.
And for those who didn’t do their ND at FEDPOLYADO, your transcripts must be sent directly from your former school to:
The Registrar,
Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti
P.M.B 5351, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State
No need to carry it yourself. It must be posted or couriered straight from the school.
When Does It Close?
- Application starts: Friday, 1st August 2025
- Deadline: Sunday, 31st August 2025
- From Monday, 4th August, you should start checking the official site for more updates
A Little Heads-Up
This part always matters. FEDPOLYADO doesn’t use agents. Nobody out there can “help you process” the form. So if one guy comes with sweet talk and says, “Just send me ₦5k,” carry your slippers and run. Don’t dull.
Final Thoughts
This whole thing might seem like a lot, especially if you’re juggling work or home duties, but take it one step at a time. The form’s out. The dates are clear. The instructions? Detailed enough. Just follow them and you’re good.
And if anything feels confusing, ask. Send a message, make a call. Numbers and emails below:
