Who Should Apply?
Now, if you scored 120 or more in UTME, you already have one foot in the door. Even if you didn’t hit the full cut-off for your dream course, you can still try the evening option.
Let’s break this down simply.
You Can Apply If:
- You picked FEDPOLYADO in your 2025 UTME, scored at least 120, but didn’t meet the course cut-off.
- You didn’t pick FEDPOLYADO at all but you now want to switch to them for part-time study.
- You did not write UTME, but you’ve got all the required O’level results. Yes, you can still apply.
- You’ve got five credits, including English and Maths, in either SSCE, NECO, GCE or NABTEB. Two sittings allowed.
- You’re not below 16 years old by 30th September 2025.
Special Note for NABTEB Candidates
Yeah, this part can be tricky.
- Engineering students must have a trade-related core subject in their NABTEB results. No Book Keeping or Secretariat Studies allowed.
- Business courses accept NABTEB NBC.
- NABTEB NTC and NGC are fine for Agriculture, Science, and some Environmental Studies. But make sure your course accepts them. Check the admission requirements page to avoid stories that touch.
And please, don’t upload online results or NABTEB printouts that are older than 12 months. They won’t fly.
Step-by-Step: How to Apply
It’s a two-part process. Not too complicated, but you’ve got to follow it properly.
STAGE 1: JAMB CAPS
For those who didn’t register part-time through JAMB yet, go to any JAMB office or CBT centre near you. You’ll need:
- A working email
- A phone number
- About ₦3,500 or so for registration
Once done, you’ll get a JAMB registration number and admission letter. You’ll need this to register fully if you’re admitted.
STAGE 2: School Portal
Here’s where it gets real:
- Visit the FEDPOLYADO Application Portal
- Click “generate invoice”
- Under Programme, choose ND Evening/Part-Time
- Under Course, select what you want to study
- Fill in your details and click generate invoice
- Print it
Now, you have two options for payment:
- Walk into any bank with the invoice and pay ₦11,500 through Remita
- Or pay online with your ATM card. Just don’t skip printing your invoice first.
Once paid, go back to the school portal and:
- Fill your form using the RRR number on the receipt
- Make sure the name on the invoice matches your NIN
- Upload your O’level results
- Print your acknowledgement slip and application form
Before submitting, slow down a bit. Read through what you’ve filled in. One wrong letter can spoil your groove.
