FULAFIA Postgraduate Orientation & Matriculation Ceremony 2023/2024

The College of Postgraduate Studies (CPGS) at FULAFIA has released the details for the matriculation and orientation ceremonies for the 2023/2025 academic session. These events are part of the formal admission process for new postgraduate students.

Matriculation Ceremony Details

• Date: Wednesday, 5 February 2025
• Time: 10:00 AM (Students must be seated by 9:00 AM)
• Venue: Twin Hall Mallam Adamu Adamu Lecture and Office Complex

Important Instructions

• All students must be seated at the venue by 9:00 AM.
• Members of the University Senate are required to robe at the CPGS Boardroom.
• The procession for Senate members will begin at 9:30 AM.
• After the matriculation ceremony, students must submit signed Matriculation Oath forms at the College.

Additional Requirements

• Evidence of payment for the community service levy must be provided when submitting the Matriculation Oath forms.
• Regulations governing postgraduate programmes and guidelines for project, dissertation, and thesis writing are available for download on the CPGS website (https://cpgs.fulafia.edu.ng/).

Orientation Programme Details

• Date: Thursday, 6 February 2025
• Time: To be announced during the matriculation ceremony
• Venue: Same as the matriculation venue

Attendance at both events is compulsory for all newly admitted postgraduate students. Ensure compliance with all requirements to complete the registration process.
