Who Can Apply For FUOTUOKE Direct Entry Screening
The following groups are welcome to apply:
- Candidates who chose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice in the 2025 JAMB Direct Entry form and selected any of the approved courses.
- Candidates holding NCE, OND, HND, First Degree, or A’Level results in relevant subjects, while also meeting the O’Level requirements.
- Candidates who did not initially pick FUOTUOKE but are ready to do a Change of Institution via the JAMB website, choosing one of the listed courses.
Method of Application for FUOTUOKE Direct Entry Screening
- Pay a non-refundable fee of two thousand naira (₦2,000) using an Interswitch Verve card or Mastercard debit card.
- Go to the FUOTUOKE application portal and follow the steps carefully.
- Provide a working email address and a valid phone number. Wrong details may spoil the whole effort.
Documents To Upload Online
Applicants are expected to upload the following:
- Digital passport photograph in JPG format
- WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB O’Level result in PDF format
- Local Government identification letter in PDF format
- Birth certificate or age declaration in PDF format
- NCE, OND, HND, First Degree, or A’Level certificate in PDF format
- Academic transcript in PDF format
Important Dates For FUOTUOKE Direct Entry Screening
- Online application opens Wednesday, 17 September 2025 on the official portal.
- The deadline for submission is Tuesday, 23 September 2025.
- The date of the screening exercise will be printed on the candidate’s schedule after completing the application.
Important Notes
- Any applicant whose academic records are not updated on JAMB CAPS will not be considered.
- False declaration of O’Level grades or state of origin will also lead to disqualification.
