FUTA Postgraduate Admission Form 2025/2026 Is Out

The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has started accepting applications for its postgraduate programmes for the 2025/2026 academic year. If you’re planning to further your studies, whether for a diploma, Master’s, or Ph.D., now’s your chance to apply.

Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)

To qualify, you need:

To apply for M.Tech, M.Eng., M.Sc., or related fields, you need:

For Engineering, the PGD must have a minimum CGPA of 3.0.

M.Phil.

Note: O’Level results are no longer required for postgraduate admission.

How to Apply

Follow these steps to apply:

  1. Visit the FUTA official website or ARCSSTEE portal or AFRIGIST portal
  2. Pay through REMITA to the School of Postgraduate Studies
  3. Application fees:
    • Ph.D: ₦20,000
    • Master’s: ₦20,000
    • PGD: ₦20,000

Ph.D. Applicants

Send your research proposal to:

Non-FUTA Graduates

Print the Transcript Label from your application form and ask your previous school to send your transcript directly to:
