Programme Description

The OND Internship Programme provides OND graduates with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in banking operations. As an intern, you will support the daily activities of GTCO’s Transaction Services Division. This comprehensive training programme lasts for one year, giving you a solid foundation in the banking sector.

Requirements

To be eligible for the programme, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualifications: Possess an OND Certificate or Notification of Results.
  • Industrial Training Letter: Obtain a one-year Industrial Training Letter from an accredited polytechnic.
  • Guarantor Forms: Submit completed Guarantor Forms along with a copy of the Guarantor’s Staff ID Card.
    • Guarantors: If your guarantor is a GTBank staff member with at least an ABO grade, only one guarantor is needed. Otherwise, two guarantors are required, and they must be full-time employees of reputable companies.
  • Identification: Provide a valid Student ID Card, a recent passport photograph with a white background, and a birth certificate issued by the National Population Commission.
  • Academic Qualifications: Have a Senior School Certificate Examination (WAEC/NECO) with at least a credit pass in English Language, Mathematics, and any other three relevant subjects.
  • Skills: Demonstrate good communication skills, basic numerical skills, and a willingness to learn.
