2024 Essay Topic: Nigerian Content and Opportunities in African Local Content Advancement

The essay aims to explore how local content can boost opportunities within Africa.

Contest Rules and Eligibility

The NCDMB Undergraduate Essay Competition is open to 100-200 level students from both public and private universities, as well as polytechnics in Nigeria.

The competition starts on 16th September 2024 and closes on 14th October 2024.

Only entries submitted through the NCDMB Essay Submission Portal will be accepted.

Late submissions will not be considered.

How to Participate

To participate, students must follow these steps:

  1. Register on the NCDMB Registration Page.
  2. Submit the completed manuscript, ensuring it does not exceed 1,500 words.
  3. Include either an admission letter or a signed letter of attestation from the Head of Department (HOD).
  4. Contact information like phone number and email must be provided during submission.
  5. Do not include names or personal details in the manuscript.

Co-authorship is not allowed, and each entrant can submit only one entry.
