The School of Basic Studies at TSU is offering this chance to students who, for one reason or the other, did not reach 150 in UTME but still dream of entering university. With IJMB, that door is not shut, it simply opens another way.

Why TSU IJMB Admission Matters

The IJMB scheme is well recognised across Nigeria. According to the Registrar, Mr. Joseph U. Bibinu, the programme runs for 9 to 12 months and is accepted by all Nigerian universities.

Here’s why applicants might find it appealing:

Think of it as a second chance, or maybe a shortcut, depending on how you see it.

How to Apply for TSU IJMB Admission

Applicants are expected to follow these steps carefully:

  1. Visit the TSU website
  2. Click on “Portals”
  3. Select “IJMB Application”
  4. Create an account
  5. Pay a non-refundable application fee of ₦5,300
  6. Fill and submit the online application form

The programme will take place at the TSU Mini Campus. Spots are limited, so the earlier one applies, the better.

Extra Information

Closing Word

The IJMB at Taraba State University is not just another programme, it is a stepping stone. For many students, this could be the missing link between a stalled UTME attempt and a full degree dream.
