SAZU Certificate Collection for 8th, 9th and 10th Graduands

Sa’adu Zungur University has informed its 8th, 9th and 10th graduands that their certificates are ready for collection.
Collection will begin on Monday, 18 May 2026, at the Registrar’s Office. Graduands should prepare the stated payments and documents before going for collection; the process will require proof of payment and other records listed by the university.
SAZU Certificate Collection Date and Office
Graduands can collect their certificates from Monday, 18 May 2026.
The collection point is the Registrar’s Office at Sa’adu Zungur University.
Fees for Academic Gown and Book of Proceedings
Graduands must pay the academic gown and book of proceedings fee before certificate collection.
The fees are:
- Graduates: ₦10,000 only through the SAZU graduate gown and proceedings payment link
- Postgraduates: ₦15,000 only through the SAZU postgraduate gown and proceedings payment link
SAZU Certificate Collection Fees
The certificate collection fee also applies to all affected graduands.
The approved fees are:
- Graduates: ₦15,000 only through the SAZU graduate certificate collection payment link
- Postgraduates: ₦20,000 only through the SAZU postgraduate certificate collection payment link
Graduands may also access the services through the SAZU consolidated Remita payment portal.
Documents Needed for Certificate Collection
Graduands should present the required documents before collecting their certificates.
The required items are:
- Original statement of result, where it had been collected before
- Student identification card
- Evidence of payment, that is the REMITA receipt confirmed by the Bursary Department
SAZU Warns Against Proxy Collection
Sa’adu Zungur University has stated that certificates will not be collected by proxy.
Each graduand should handle the collection personally and go with the required documents and payment evidence.
