Thomas Adewumi University, through its Centre for Professional Development, has announced the start of its Top-Up Degree and HND Conversion Programme. The scheme is designed to bridge the gap between Higher National Diploma holders and Bachelor’s degree qualifications.
The programme gives people who already hold an HND in selected fields a route to continue their studies and convert that qualification into a full university degree. It also supports career growth and academic Progress; that is the clear focus of the scheme.

- university graduates with Pass or Third Class degrees

Applicants must meet these entry conditions:
- a minimum of five O’Level credits, including English Language, in not more than two sittings
- at least a Third Class degree or HND from a recognised institution
- completion of NYSC, or exemption from NYSC

Applicants are also required to:
- pay a non-refundable application fee of N10,000
- submit completed forms with credentials for screening at the Centre for Professional Development
Tuition fee and duration
The tuition fee is N150,000 per academic session. The university states that flexible payment options are available.
The duration of the programme is two years. That period covers six semesters, with 15 weeks for each semester.
