UCH Ibadan SHIM Admission Form 2026/2027 for ND and HND Programmes

The University College Hospital, Ibadan, has invited applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the School of Health Information Management for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Applicants seeking training in health data and records can now apply for either the National Diploma or the Higher National Diploma programme, provided they meet the stated entry conditions.

Programmes offered

The School of Health Information Management, UCH Ibadan, is offering admission into:

• National Diploma, ND
• Higher National Diploma, HND

Each applicant is expected to meet the requirements set for the chosen course of study.

General admission requirements

Candidates for both programmes must have at least five O’Level credit passes in these subjects:

• English Language
• Mathematics
• Biology
• Physics
• Chemistry

National Diploma admission details

Applicants for the National Diploma programme should note the following:

• Application fee: N7,000
• UTME requirement: minimum score of 150
• Application commencement date: Friday, 1 May 2026

The ND route is open to candidates who meet the O’Level requirement and the stated UTME score.

Higher National Diploma admission details

Applicants for the Higher National Diploma programme should note these points:

• Application fee: N20,000
• Entry requirement: National Diploma from a recognised institution and a Part 1 licence
• Application commencement date: Wednesday, 1 April 2026

The HND application opens earlier; candidates applying through this route must present the required prior qualification.
