Betaglass Technical Trainee Programme 2026

Betaglass has opened the Betaglass Technical Trainee Programme (BTTP) 2026 for young Nigerian graduates. Successful candidates will enter a 12-month training cycle that combines practical training with work experience in a world-class Glass manufacturing environment.

The Programme will take place at Betaglass’s Agbara factory in Ogun State and Ughelli factory in Delta State.

Eligibility criteria

Applicants need either a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree or a Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognised tertiary school. The accepted fields are:

NYSC and work experience

Applicants must have completed NYSC; they must also have no more than 0 to 2 years’ work experience.
