LASU NELFUND Change of Course Requirements

• new JAMB registration number

Each item should appear clearly in the typed letter. A vague note will not do; the record needs clear identifiers.

How the Request Must Be Submitted

LASU gave a stated format for submission. The letter must be typed, duly signed, scanned into PDF format and forwarded to the email set aside by the university for records.

A signed hard copy may also be submitted, based on the preference of the Desk Officer.

Supporting Documents to Attach

The student must attach records from both the former and the new school or programme.

Previous admission records

The request must include:

• admission letter from the previous school or programme
• JAMB admission letter from the previous school or programme

New admission records

The request must also include:

• admission letter from the new school or programme
• JAMB admission letter from the new school or programme
