Bayero University Kano (BUK) Introduces 8 New Degree Programmes

The management of Bayero University, Kano (BUK) wishes to inform the general public that the university has introduced eight new Degree Programmes.

BUK New Degree Programmes

The immediate past administration had initiated the process of introducing new academic programmes. It is worthy of mention that the new administration continued with the initiative and completed the process and resource verification, during the period under review, of the following eight (8) new academic programmes:

1. B.Eng. Automotive Engineering
2. BSc Taxation
3. BSc Forensic Science
4. Doctor of Veterinary Medical Science (DVM)
5. BA(Ed) Primary Education
6. BA(Ed) Early Childhood Education
7. BSc Environmental Health Science
8. BSc Meteorology

All the programmes were approved at the 384 Meeting of the Senate. The Management has concluded arrangements for the admission of students in all the new programmes in the 2021/2022 session.
