Delta State Poly Otefe-Oghara HND Admission Form 2026/2027

Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara, DESPO, has opened admission into its Higher National Diploma programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The form is for candidates who have completed a National Diploma and want to move to HND study. Applicants should check the available courses, entry conditions, processing fee and screening items before filling out the online form.

DESPO offers HND programmes across business, communication, computing, engineering and science-based fields.

Candidates should read the course list with care; the selected course must match the applicant's ND background and admission record.

DESPO HND Admission Requirements

Candidates must hold a National Diploma with at least Lower Credit from an NBTE-approved polytechnic.

Applicants must also have completed one year of Industrial Training and possess five O'Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics. Candidates with a Pass grade in ND need at least two years of post-ND work experience.

How to Apply for DESPO HND Admission

Candidates should apply online through the DESPO admission portal.

After opening the portal, applicants should choose "HND Application Form", pay the ₦15,000 processing fee with a Verve or MasterCard, fill out the form and submit it online. They should print two copies of the acknowledgement slip after submission.

What to Bring for Screening

DESPO will announce the screening date later.

Candidates should prepare the following items for screening:

• Four passport photographs
• Bursary receipt for the form
• ND result or certificate
• Birth certificate or age declaration
• Local government certificate

One passport photograph should be attached to each form and both slips.

DESPO HND Application Deadline

No official deadline has been stated.

Applicants should complete the form while the portal remains open and keep their acknowledgement slips safe for the screening stage.
