DESPO ND Regular 2 (SPAT) Admission Form 2026/2027

Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara, DESPO, has opened applications for its ND Regular 2, also called SPAT, for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The programme is for candidates who want part-time study while working toward a National Diploma. Applicants with five O'Level credits and a 2026 UTME score below 100 can check the course list and apply through the online portal.

Who Can Apply for DESPO ND Regular 2 SPAT

Candidates must have five O'Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics.

The accepted results are WAEC, NECO or NABTEB. Applicants must also have sat for the 2026 UTME and scored below 100.

Candidates who did not choose DESPO at first can still apply. They must make sure their O'Level results have been uploaded to their JAMB profile.

Screening Items for DESPO ND Regular 2 SPAT

DESPO will announce the screening schedule later.

Candidates should prepare the following items for screening:

• Four passport photographs
• Receipt showing payment for the form
• Statement of result or certificate
• Certificate of local government of origin
• Birth certificate or age declaration
• Pencil and basic writing materials

One passport photograph should be attached to each form and both acknowledgement slips.

How to Apply for DESPO ND Regular 2 SPAT Admission

Candidates should complete the application online through the DESPO SPAT application portal.

They should choose "SPAT Application Form", pay the ₦15,000 form fee online with a Verve or MasterCard, fill out the form and submit it. After submission, candidates should print two copies of the acknowledgement slip.

The screening schedule will be released later, so applicants should keep their payment receipt and printed slips safe.
