Candidates who did not choose KWASU at first can still apply after changing to KWASU as first choice on the JAMB portal.

KWASU UTME and Direct Entry screening runs from Friday, 18 July, to Sunday, 17 August 2026.

How much is KWASU Post UTME / DE registration fee?
The KWASU Post UTME / Direct Entry registration fee is ₦2,000.
The fee is non-refundable.
How does KWASU calculate the admission screening score?
KWASU uses a score formula that combines UTME or Direct Entry score with O'Level performance.
| Screening component | Weight |
|---|---|
| UTME / Direct Entry score | 70% |
| O'Level result in five relevant subjects | 30% |
This means the university gives more weight to the UTME or Direct Entry score, while O'Level grades still carry a clear share of the final screening mark.
What O'Level result does KWASU require?
Candidates need five O'Level credits in relevant subjects.
KWASU allows a maximum of two sittings for most courses, while MBBS requires one sitting only.
Can candidates apply with awaiting results?
Yes. KWASU allows candidates with awaiting results to apply.
Such candidates must upload the results before admission closes.
